1. Download the Mobile App

Download the Netrin Enhance App

After the installation is complete, open the Netrin Enhance App, and click on ‘Get Started'

2. New User Account Setup

As a new user, you need to create an account with Netrin by clicking on the "Sign up" option.

Please provide the email address that you wish to use for all our communications with you and click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

Upon successful authentication, you will be automatically redirected to the Home Screen, from where you can start using the app to take sessions.

You should have received an OTP on the email you have provided
Please enter the OTP and click on the "Continue" button to verify your email.
If you didn't receive the code in your email or if you encountered any issues, click on the "Resend" button to request another code to be sent to your entered email.

3. Login As An Existing User

If you're an existing user and want to log in, then enter your registered email address on the Log-in page.
After you've entered your email address, click on the 'Continue' button.

You should have received an OTP on the email you have provided
Please enter the OTP and click on the "Continue" button to verify your email.
If you didn't receive the code in your email or if you encountered any issues, click on the "Resend" button to request another code to be sent to your entered email.

Once the email is verified successfully, you will be directed to the 'TERMS & CONDITIONS' page.
After reading and understanding the terms and privacy policy, simply click on the "Accept" button to proceed, as your acknowledgment of these terms is an essential part of the process.

Upon agreeing to the terms and conditions, enter your personal details.
Ensure to enter accurate details in all the fields, because this information will help us to personalize your profile.
Upon filling the details, click on the 'ADD PROFILE' button.

Once you have successfully set your profile, you will be automatically redirected to the Home Screen, from where you can start using the app to take sessions.

This process ensures that your account is safe and only accessible to you, making sure that your information remains confidential and protected.
